THE ASTORIAN... this is our Brunch Specialty cocktail, but it works great at any hour, made with Bombay Sapphire, equal mix of Sweet and Dry Vermouth and Fresh Orange juice.
VESPER ... a classic 007 cocktail, Bombay Sapphire and Grey Goose vodka mixed with Lillet Blanc and Dry Vermouth.
AVIATION ... this one dates back almost a hundred years! Bombay Sapphire Gin with Crème de Violette, Maraschino liqueur and dash of fresh lemon juice.
CUCUMBER MARTINI ... another cool and refreshing summer favorite, Grey Goose vodka, fresh cucumbers and mint, lemon juice and a dash of simple syrup.
WATERMELON MARTINI ... excellent choice for hot days, fresh watermelon muddled with Grey Goose vodka with a touch of simple syrup
DEAN'S SIDECAR ... our twist on the classic Sidecar with Hennessey Cognac, Cointreau, Jagermeister and a dash of fresh pineapple and lemon juice.
CACTUS JUICE ... another excellent tequila cocktail, Jose Cuervo Gold, Drambuie and fresh lemon juice.
FLIRTINI ... always one of the favorites…Stoli Raspberry, Cointreau, a dash of Pineapple and Cranberry juice served over fresh muddled raspberries and topped of with Champagne.

PERFECT MAI–TAI ... perfect Spring /Summer drink, Bacardi light rum, Myers dark rum, 151 rum, orange liqueur, almond syrup, simple syrup, and lime juice. Stirred and topped off with orange juice.
PERFECT MOJITO ... classic Mojito with a floater of Myers Dark Rum, Bacardi White Rum, Fresh Lime and mint leaves.
CAIPIRINHA ... world famous Brazilian cocktail, Cachaça Rum, teaspoon of brown sugar and fresh muddled limes.
BERRY CAIPIROSCA ... another great, summer refreshing cocktail, a twist on a Caipirinha, made with Grey Goose vodka, dash of citrus and a fresh Berries Assortment.
EL DIABLO MARGHARITA ... this is a "killer" margharita version, comes with Jose Cuervo Gold Tequila, Canton Ginger Liquor, Crème de Cassis, Fresh lime and Ginger candy.

ST. GERMAIN ... This is a must try in a sparkling category…Elderflower liquor topped off with Prosecco and garnished with lemon peel.
FRENCH 75/76 ... Two versions of the classic Champagne cocktail, Bombay Sapphire, Cointreau and a dash of lemon juice. Substitute Grey Goose and you got a 76-er.
SHERRY COBLER ... Sherry Wine cocktail with fresh muddled oranges and a drop of Maraschino liqeur. Great choice in refreshing summer Cocktails.
SPRITZER ... age long classic summer cooler, popular throughout the world White wine topped with Selzer and Lemon zest.
BAMBUS ... same like a Spritzer but made with Red Wine and Coca Cola, Equal parts. Odd mix, but time tested and it always delivers.
